How does Tangiblee collect e-commerce data for the Tangiblee Management Portal (aka analytics portal)?
Within your Tangiblee provided analytics portal, you’ll have the ability to view the e-commerce data (including conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor) for customers who interact with the Tangiblee CTA. Glossary explanation can be found here.
How do I know that data is accurate?
Tangiblee is relying on your Google Analytics (GA) to provide the data for this portal. More information about setup can be found here.
What if I don’t have GA but instead use something like Adobe Analytics?
We can still utilize our Tangiblee Management Portal (TMP) even if you do not use GA. In order to do this, we request that you add an additional script to your order confirmation page (no PII collected). This option can be discussed with your account manager.
