Potentially Improvable Products (PIP) Report Guidelines
The Potentially Improvable Products (PIP) report is designed to help you identify and resolve issues related to inconsistent product dimensions, which complicate product moderation.
What Are Potentially Improvable Products (PIP)?
Potentially Improvable Products are items with dimension specification issues that need to be addressed.
Common Issues Leading to PIP Classification:
- Only one dimension listed on the product page.
- Disproportionate scaling when adjusted by width or height.
- Missing depth dimension.
How to Use the Report:
- Log into the TMP.
- Navigate to the ‘Potentially Improvable Products’ section.
- Review the list of Potentially Improvable Products (PIP) and the reasons in the ‘Why Marked as Questionable’ column. Use the URL link, product name, or SKU to easily identify the product.
- Take action as specified in the ‘How to Fix’ column to resolve the issue.
- Once you’ve resolved the issue on the website, select the SKUs you’ve fixed and click the Resubmit button. Tangiblee will review and moderate the product shortly.
- For SKUs already in the moderation process, ‘Yes’ will be shown in the ‘In Process’ column.
Best Practices:
- Ensure all product dimensions (LxWxH) are clearly listed and specified.
- Regularly monitor the TMP for updates on your product statuses.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure your products are accurately moderated for display on the site.
