Tangiblee: Lower Environment Requirements
When Tangiblee first integrates a solution within a client’s Lower Environment before deploying to Production - ie. Staging (STG) or Development (DEV) - specific conditions must be met in order to efficiently and effectively deliver a successful result. Please review and confirm the following accordingly:
Consistency Between Environments
- Confirm preferred Lower Environment mirrors Production Environment as closely as possible.
- Significant discrepancies of any kind can lead to instability, resulting in features working in said Lower Environment, but failing in Production.
Environment Stability
- Ensure the Lower Environment environment is stable and operational.
- Ie. All essential systems, APIs, services are accessible & functional
- While minor bugs are acceptable, core features required for integration must work as expected to prevent unnecessary delays.
A Finalized, Complete Environment
- The Lower Environment should be finalized before integration starts.
- Significant changes during the process may lead to rework, or errors.
- If updates are planned, inform the Tangiblee team in advance so we can adapt and maintain efficiency.
Minimal Changes Made During Integration
- Avoid making changes to the Lower Environment while integration is underway.
- Unexpected modifications can introduce issues or require rework, wasting time and resources on both sides.
- If changes are unavoidable, please notify the Tangiblee team immediately with details on the potential impact.
Once all is confirmed, provide access information needed, and cheers to next steps!
